Mother Bird

The oldest living bird in the wild is an albatross known as "Wisdom". In February 2013, at the age of 62, she gave birth to a chick.

Wisdom has given birth to as many as 35 chicks in her lifetime. Scientists use a tag on Wisdom to help keep track of her. She is a very large sea bird, and her wings can be over 7 feet wide.

Wisdom likes to eat fish, squid, and krill.
